Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Colorado Springs Leveling website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Colorado Springs Leveling provides concrete leveling, foam leveling, concrete caulking, concrete sealing, and related concrete repair services in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Concrete slab leveling (mudjacking)
• Polyurethane foam leveling
• Driveway, sidewalk, and pool deck leveling
• Commercial concrete leveling
• Concrete caulking and sealing

Free Estimates

We offer free on-site assessments and estimates. Estimates are provided based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the work. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on our concrete leveling work under normal conditions. This warranty covers re-settlement of leveled slabs. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by external factors (vehicle impact, excavation, etc.)
• Natural events (earthquakes, floods, extreme weather)
• Changes to drainage or grading after our work is completed
• Normal wear and weathering of concrete surfaces

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods. Full payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date. Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Transmit any malicious code or content
